Young years

She was formed in the quiet of the hills of central France, in river Loire area, where the nature inspires the human beings for most unpredictable actions. Almost the only woman in class, for sure she was the only Chinese among those who achieved a diploma of the best school for gastronomy in France. The days in campus (the school was based in the small French castle) were mostly lonely, the weekends we full of the solitude of the mountains, but that were the best atmosphere for the birth of the real artist. There she started her first creation.

Профессионально Ноа сформировалась среди тишины холмов центральной Франции, в долине реки Луары там, где природа вдохновляет человека на самые неожиданные решения. Почти единственная женщина на курсе, уж точно она была единственной китаянкой, получившей диплом самой престижной во Франции Высшей школы кулинарии. Дни в кампусе (школа занимала территорию небольшого французского замка) проходили одиноко, выходные же были наполнены торжественной тишиной гор, но это та самая атмосфера, которая и помогла сформировать настоящего художника.
